WRAP Seminar II – Advanced Facilitator Training
WRAP Seminar II is a 3-day intensive training for individuals who have successfully completed WRAP Seminar I and are committed to becoming highly skilled WRAP facilitators. This interactive training deepens participants' understanding of the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) process while strengthening their ability to facilitate recovery-focused groups that are grounded in the core values and ethics of WRAP.
Throughout the training, participants explore facilitation techniques, group dynamics, co-facilitation strategies, and methods for creating safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed learning environments. Emphasis is placed on maintaining fidelity to the WRAP model, honoring lived experience, and ensuring that WRAP remains a voluntary, person-centered process guided by hope, personal responsibility, education, self-advocacy, and support.
Seminar II provides opportunities for participants to practice facilitation skills, receive constructive feedback, engage in peer learning, and further develop their own personal WRAP. Participants learn how to effectively present WRAP concepts, support…
