About the event

The Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Is a 2-day (16 Hour) training that, helps people in recovery take charge of their own wellness. Instead of being defined by symptoms or setbacks, WRAP empowers individuals to use their lived experience as a source of strength. It provides practical tools to recognize triggers, spot early warning signs, and prepare for tough days with a clear crisis and post-crisis plan. Most importantly, WRAP restores hope, builds self-worth, and creates connection through peer support — proving that recovery is not only possible, but sustainable.

What You’ll Learn at a WRAP Training

At a WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) training, participants will:

  • Build a personal wellness toolbox full of strategies, activities, and supports that help them stay well.

  • Create a daily plan to maintain balance, structure, and hope.

  • Recognize triggers and early warning signs before things spiral, and develop action steps to respond effectively.
