About the event
Everyone carries a little splatter in everyday life - stress, setbacks, trauma, and stories that don’t always come out in words. This 2-hour guided paint pouring workshop offers a safe, supportive space to transform that splatter into something intentional.
Through grounding exercises, creative expression, and structured reflection, participants will explore what they’ve been carrying and what they’re ready to shift. No artistic experience is needed.
This isn’t about making perfect art — it’s about making meaning.
All paint and canvases are included. Each participant will create their own original piece and may choose to keep their artwork or donate it to UAPSS for a silent auction supporting peer-led recovery services.
This is not therapy. It’s a contained, trauma-informed experience designed to promote expression, autonomy, and connection.
Show up. Pour boldly. Make your splatter matter.
